Refunds and Vehicle Rejection

If you wish to exercise your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including requesting a refund or rejecting a vehicle, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

Upon receipt of your request, we will acknowledge it and carry out any reasonable inspections or investigations necessary to assess the claim. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where a refund is due, it will be processed without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days of the refund being agreed or becoming due. During this period, we may require access to the vehicle and any relevant documentation to enable us to investigate and resolve the matter appropriately.

We are committed to handling all claims fairly, reasonably, and in accordance with our legal obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
